Job Description

Our business was established on the bedrock of delivering phenomenal customer service and effectively assigning a gregarious professional to a product or service through diverse promotional channels. With a professional representation of a diverse array of clients, we have solidified an expansion plan that demands more Customer Service Professionals to support our promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend training sessions and consciously strive to become an industry expert
  • Proactively seek advice and suggestions from leadership staff
  • Comply with company guidelines and best practices
  • Assist with development of marketing materials
  • Interact face to face with prospective and current customers
  • Attend onsite client training sessions to strengthen product knowledge
  • Resolve customer inquiries and consult them throughout the sales cycle

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Reliable transportation for daily minimal travel
  • Consistent positive attitude

Salary: $36,500.00 to $54,600.00 /year
