What this role involves:
- Help clients manage their accounts and products

- Develop product knowledge
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in contact centre
- Be available to work flexible hours
- Have high speed internet
- Have a quiet workspace to work from home
