About the Position:
The Administrative Assistant's duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

The Requirements:
· High school or equivalent (Required)
· 3 years (Preferred) experience in an Administrative Assistant and Executive Administrative role
· 3 years (Preferred) in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
· Proven administrative assistant experience
· Proactively look for ways to improve existing skills
· Knowledge of office management systems & procedures
· Exceptional organizational skills
The Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Answer and direct management phone calls
· Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls, and manage staff appointments
· Maintain contact lists
· Produce & distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and emails, receive, sort, and distribute mail
· Assist in preparing scheduled reports and new reports as needed
· Develop & maintain computer and manual files
· Order office supplies
· Book travel arrangements/hotel stays
· Submit & reconcile reports
· Provide general support to visitors
· Take dictation and/or accurate meeting minutes; may sit in on meetings /phone calls in order to organize follow-up actions.

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
