Now seeking an experienced administrative assistant with strong business-to-business account management, dispatching experience is a plus. Must have working knowledge of MS Office and Excel, excellent customer service skills and great work ethic. Duties include but not limited to; scheduling service technicians, assisting clients with questions regarding billing, service schedules, products, assisting sales reps and other duties as assigned.
