Summary:

Supports the overall business strategy and corporate objectives by performing analysis to support the identification of business needs and determine solutions to business problems for our DMV Warehouse.

  • Maintaining Auto Travel Product inventory, annual ordering from AAA National and other sources

  • Oversee AAA NCNU published maps program

  • Working with fulfillment vendors and maintaining ordering channels

  • Work with warehouse partner to ensure proper daily operations, user maintenance, maintain SKUs and inventory

  • Provide frontline support for Warehouse, Auto Travel Products, PrintStore & POS Inventory

  • Administration of PrintStore portal; templates, users, configuration & reporting

  • Monthly Reporting to Finance and management, budget planning and tracking

  • DCU data collection support

  • Invoice submission including preparation of EIB allocation spreadsheets

  • Maintain the appropriate standard reports, and operating procedures

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners/ stakeholders to investigate issues, make recommendations, develop plans and assist with new projects

  • Use data from internal and external partners to evaluate performance and develop insights


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Mathematical and analytical skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Self direction

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including charts/graphs, pivot tables, lookups, and nested formulas

  • Familiarity with G-Suite applications, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive sharing

  • Basic understanding of operational / product / financial concepts as they apply to Branch Operations

  • Familiarity with Auto Travel Products and fulfillment channels

  • Basic use of Adobe CS; PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5+ years experience conducting financial and/or business analysis
