JOB SUMMARY:

The Sr. Customer Service Representative is responsible for monitoring and assessing the performance and service quality of the Installation and Service Dealers. This role performs quality assurance, provides objective and quantitative feedback regarding the quality of interactions and transactions as well as coordinates the scheduling and completion of service and installation jobs outside of the AAA Smart Home service area by communicating with customers and service partners directly. Controls the process through the initial call, scheduling, follow-up, completion, billing, invoicing, and quality assurance. We are looking for our new A3 Smart Home Team Member to start January 2022.

RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DUTIES:

  • Utilize phone (outbound and inbound calls) and email to coordinate and follow-up on scheduling of service and installation with customers and designated service partners.

  • Provide follow-up with service providers and customers to ensure that jobs have been completed and that they meet or exceed the standards of AAA Smart Home.

  • Enter data and notes into computer systems and software in order to detail actions and tasks.

EDUCATION, K
NOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 3 years in a customer service/quality assurance environment or equivalent business experience

  • 3 years call center experience with significant customer interaction preferred.

  • Strong customer service communication and conflict resolution skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
