Job set up for managed access customers Provide trouble shooting and client support for clients with contracted services Schedule techs for assignments On-Call rotation for after-hours support Management and updating of current databases for clients *Why work for us? * Job Stability - Career Advancement Great Benefits - Medical/Dental/Vision Retirement - 401k matching up to 4% Work/Life Balance - PTO 3 Weeks + 9 paid holidays *KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:* Strong customer service skills (via phone/e-mail or in person) Strong attention to detail Working knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook Moderate phone call volume (Primarily inbound) Data Entry Ability to work on the phone and computer the entire shift Ability and willingness to learn how to use specific software required for this position Community/Commercial Access control management Coordinate with field staff/scheduling Assist Installation technicians/building software Have 1 or more years' experience in access software, alarms or similar field *EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: * High School Diploma or (GED) required Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision Ability to finish projects Ability to prioritize and organize workload Able to pass a Background check OSC_RX
