Busy Hartford area office has openings for Customer Service – Administrative Assistants to provide additional office support. Long term contract expected to last up to 6 months. $16.62 per hour
Office is receiving a high volume of calls currently and needs additional assistance answering phones and processing incoming request. Majority of callers will be from the medical profession.
You will be answering calls, processing requests along with faxing and emailing information.
- Experience working in a high-volume call center
- Prior medical / healthcare background
- Administrative skills
- Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast paced office
