Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for giving customers the BEST experience by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving product list and services
• Maintain a long lasting customer relations with our clients.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

MUST have customer service experience +5 years, Tech savvy and willing to learn our products and services.

You will have the chance to grow in our business, additional pay increase is also available based on time stayed with our company and work performance.

Training starts at $14.00.
