Job Description

A-V Services Inc., a leading AV company with multiple fortune 100 contracts within the financial, pharmaceutical and computing industry, seeks an Administrator. Must have great customer service with emphasis supporting the corporate work sector. The successful Administrator will demonstrate effective delivery of PowerPoint presentations and client communications

Objectives:

  • Prepare and submit presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Understand the content of presentations and utilize best design practices to create layouts for optimal viewing
  • Consult on the visual story and flow of content to create engaging presentations
  • Strong visualization design and development experience
  • Create, compile, proofread, and revise documents as needed
  • Consistent follow up to ensure deliverables are processed in a timely manner
  • Assist other teams when necessary
  • Attends meetings and send meeting notes

Job Qualifications:

  • Expert with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
  • Experience with Tableau
  • Ability to quickly digest and follow directions
  • Meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management skills
  • Strong sense of visual aesthetics and typography
  • Flexible and willing to accept change in a fluid environment
  • High school diploma: BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
  • Present a professional image.
