A Downtown Dayton area industrial business is seeking an Employment Coordinator to manage all phases of staffing the entry level plant positions and to focus on employee engagement. This position is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orienting, on-boarding new hires and utilizing various elements to retain employees.
Qualified candidates must have previous staffing experience, working knowledge of legal hiring practices, and Employee Relations processes. Experience with a staffing agency a plus.
This position has heavy emphasis on recruitment and employee engagement. Must be willing to engage employees in the production setting.
