We are busy and fast-growing dental offices in North County. We offer career growth opportunities, including marketing manager and office management positions, as well as higher-than-market compensation package in addition to performance-based incentive programs.
We have multiple full-time openings for experienced candidates with 2 years of paid work experience in the same or similar capacities. No Experience in dentistry is required, we WILL TRAIN.
A successful candidate MUST have solid hands-on experience of marketing, advertizing and public relations management with financial and ad performance responsibilities for small businesses as well as experience in administrative, customer services with excellent organization skills. Proficiency in reporting of ad performance statistics and work accomplishment with minimal training and supervision is preferred. College degrees and experience in management, on-line and off-line marketing media, SEO, AdWords campaigns, Google analytics, PPC, website design/hosting, online reputation management, dispute resolution are highly desirable.
Main duties of the positions are to assist or manage marketing campaigns, track advertising performance and make recommendations of changes or new plans to achieve business growth in the most cost-effective fashion. The positions will reports to junior or senior management team and will be responsible for all aspects of marketing and public relations operations including internal and external marketing campaigns, surveys, online/offline promotion production and dissemination, marketing data analysis, vendor contracts negotiation, online reputation/reviews management, patient education, treatment presentation and customer satisfaction quality control.
The position may require working at multiple office locations on different days. Successful completion of our staff, marketing and/or management audition and training programs are required. Business travel for off-site audition and training of up to one week per trip per month may be required.
