Job Description
NOW HIRING! Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician for a top managed care organization / health plan located in Rego Park, NY 11373.
Pay Rate: $17 to $20 per hour depending on experience
Set schedule M-F 9AM - 5:30PM
Pharmacy Technician certification - Required
Duties
- Answer incoming & place outgoing calls to members & providers
- Input/ close out authorization requests
- Monitoring reports
- Triage incoming prior authorization requests.
Top Skills
- Must be PTCB/NHA certified within NYS.
- must have 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
- Pharmacy Technician certification - Required

- Medicare experience preferred
