Job Description

Pay Rate: $18 – 19 Per hour / Biweekly

 

Description:

  • Work on the pharmacy helpdesk grievance team.
  • Responsible for data entry and triage of grievances to coordinators
  • Able to update Excel Spreadsheet for leadership review
  • Other duties as needed

 

Top Required Skills/Experience

  • Retail Pharmacy experience – at least 2 years
  • Strong computer skills (Typing, outlook, excel, etc)

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Willingness to accept change

 

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Quick learner
  • Good communicator

 

Additional Job Description

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One year pharmacy experience working under a license pharmacist or completion of certified pharmacy technical program.
  • Working knowledge of third party claims process.
