PAY RATE: $17.50 / hour
HOURS: Training, Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM PST After training the schedule will be Monday - Friday, 9:30AM-6:00PM PST with a 30-minute lunch/meal period
- Respond to customer inquiries and/or verify information via telephone and written correspondence.
- Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Call Center experience
