Call Center Pay Rate: $16.25 - $16.75 per hour
$16.75 for Bilingual, Spanish speaking candidates
Call Center Hours: Monday - Friday ANY 8-hour shift between 6AM - 6PM
- Customer Service Reps spend their work day either on the phone, or providing assistance through webchat conversations and email
- Help client members to healthcare and/or pension plans
- Quickly build rapport and respond to customers is a compassionate manner by identifying and exceeding expectations
- Maintain and document complete and accurate call and case notes in a professional manner
