HIRING HEALTHCARE CALL CENTER / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES FOR A CALL CENTER IN TEMPE, AZ!

4-6 Month Contract - Offering Full Benefits and Advancement Opportunities

Call Center Pay Rate: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour

$15.50 for Bilingual, Spanish speaking candidates

Call Center Hours: Monday - Friday ANY 8-hour shift between 6AM - 7PM

Position Duties:

  • Customer Service Reps spend their work day either on the phone, or providing assistance through webchat conversations and email
  • Help client members to healthcare and/or pension plans
  • Quickly build rapport and respond to customers is a compassionate manner by identifying and exceeding expectations
  • Maintain and document complete and accurate call and case notes in a professional manner
