Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) -New Grad OK

A-Line Staffing is looking for a provider to work in a convenient clinic setting (urgent care/walk-in clinic) taking patents with minor injuries and minor illnesses, providing screenings and monitoring, vaccinations and injections, wellness visits and physicals. Patients 18 months and older.

FNP Hours:

• 65 hours over 2 weeks, 28 the first week and 37 the second week.
  • 3 10 M-F for (week 1) and 2 10 M-F for (week 2) with every other weekend.
• M-F 8:30-7:30 with 1 hour lunch
• Sat 9-5:30 with 30 min lunch
• Sun 9-4:30 with 30 min lunch

FNP Requirements:

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the State
• Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• BLS Card
• DOT must be completed prior to start

FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER JOB SUMMARY:

• Provided acute care, wellness exams and chronic disease management for a diverse and challenging
• population.
• Educate patients on maintaining proper health to influence quality outcomes.
• Prescribed pharmaceuticals, non-pharmacological interventions, and treatment regimens as appropriate
• for assessed medical conditions.
• Evaluate, make recommendations, co-manage and treat patients' medical needs for safe and high
• quality treatment.
• Document all patient care within an electronic health record.
• Respond to patient care inquiries throughout the day
