Job Description

A-Line is seeking bilingual Call Center Representatives for a Major Healthcare company! If you are interested in this position, please apply to Melissa Ortiz

 

Pay Rate: $19 - $21 per hour based off experience 

 

Shift Hours: 8 hr. shift Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments, reminder calls to patients. Book and reschedule clinic appointments. Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments. Must answer phones, utilize in house and pagers, make overhead announcements. Other assignment as necessary. Extensive phone experience and computer literate.

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Call Center/customer service experience: 1 year required
