- You will be working primarily with Home & Auto Insurance for any new or existing clients.
- You will be updating policies and networking within the community.
- You will be expected to cross-sell and up-sell to new and existing clients.
- You will be fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain clientretention and brand loyalty.
- Your ability to build a quick rapport and trust with clients will guarantee referrals.
- Property and Casualty License is preferred
- At least 3 years of Customer Service Experience is preferred
- Experience with Hawksoft Agency Management System is a bonus!
- Good Verbal and Written communication
- Professional Phone/Office Etiquette
- Basic Computer software knowledge (Capable of basic troubleshooting if necessary)
