Restaurant Manager Benefits Include:
- Base Salaries ranging from $55,000 to $95,000 depending on position

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Restaurant Management, Front or Back of the House
- Proven track record of success and definable accomplishments
- P&L experience and demonstrated results
- Great tenure and career progression
- Culinary or Hospitality Degree is a plus
- Proven ability to train and motivate a team
As part of our team you will be expected to assist in the training and development of staff members, use creativity in order to increase sales, proficient with P&L statements, and build relationships with customers, vendors, and community organizations
