Our government client needs 4 BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS for their location in Downtown to start ASAP! Please see below for all job duties:
- Effective and professionally communicate and assist customers through all communication methods verbal and written while practising the HPC customer service principles in English/Spanish when needed.
- Accurately assisting customers with issuing, transferring and checking in tickets utilizing the Q-flow system in English/Spanish when needed and Live Chat.
- Researches analyze and resolve customers' problems and inquiries. Provides information on changes and ordinances. Receives calls using the automatic call distribution system to provide customers with information on checking in tickets. Provides general information to customers.
- Performs data entry activates to record information. May distribute forms to customers (i.e. senior citizen, change request). May work with other departmental areas and agencies. Must provide excellent customer service...
