Our government Entity client Harris County Public Health is in need of Bilingual ( English and Spanish ) Call Center Representatives to join their team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- 2-3 years of previous Call center experience
- Problem resolution experience
- Fluently bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred!
- Reliable and dependable - good work history
- Call Center candidates. It requires bilingual and customer service experience with preference with answering calls or working in a call center of some sort
- No Criminal History Is allowed per our client.
Pay rate: $ 12.50 an hour
Location: West loop South - Houston , Tx 77027
Hours: Monday - Friday schedule.
