Immediate need for MATURE, dependable, strictly detail oriented, serious individual to join our team. We are a local home service company in business in Tidewater for 50 years. We focus on strong customer service and, equally important, strong ability to work with a tight, supportive group. This position includes close work with all service techs to provide support from the office and other office staff. Friendly, eager customer service through answering customer questions and concerns and scheduling service appointments/jobs by phone and some email.
We are looking for an individual that can answers calls from and follow up with customers regarding problems and proposals for work and provide support and information to allow customers to move forward as needed. Ability to work with the general public and homeowners a must. Must be able to communicate with the quoting technicians and work to draft coherent solutions to customers as required. Basic functions in math are necessary to work through customer accounts and/or make financing arrangements.
Everyone in our office works to support each other, sharing tasks as needed and buckling down for the company good as the need arises.
Potential candidates must have their own, dependable transportation to and from work, be able to work 8:30 to 5:30 Monday through Friday and, after 90 days, be able to roll into Saturday morning rotation to work one or two Saturday mornings a month (8:30 until Noon).

It is very helpful if salary requirements or range is included. Calls to our office are welcome between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.
