Job Specifications:
Our Call Center Representatives are true ambassadors for A#1, Air, Inc. Whether receiving inbound calls from current or potential customers, placing outbound calls offering services, answering questions about discounts & promotions, or explaining the various other company services we offer to current and/or potential customers; the Call Center Representative is an integral part of our organization.
Job Requirements:
Handle customer inquiries accordingly
Provide information about the products and services
Help de-escalate customer needs and get them to proper departments
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications / Skills:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Efficient typing skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Works well under pressure
