We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Agent who is familiar with aircraft parts and the aerospace industry.
Purchasing Agent Job Responsibilities
Accurately write purchase orders
Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
Complete daily purchasing request/tasks
Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Build relationships with vendors by phone
Ensure vendors are meeting their estimated ship dates
Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
Ability to problem solve independently
Good understanding of supply chain procedures

Skills and Education
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
