Your skill set.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to stay positive and professional while managing multiple, often overlapping tasks
  • Passion for design and architecture, possessing a keen eye for detail
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, or possess a work visa to legally work in the U.S.

A day in the life of an administrative coordinator.

  • Communicate with staff, clients, and community members in person, by phone, and via email
  • Maintain, stock, and sanitize front office, conference rooms, and kitchen areas
  • Order supplies, make travel arrangements, and run errands, as necessary
  • Provide administrative support to design staff by preparing correspondence, documenting meeting minutes, filing, and other related duties
  • Edit contracts, prepare specifications, and upload plans for design team, as requested
  • Collaborate with the Culture Crew to enhance office culture through events and activities
