A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR)
In this administrative position, you play a vital role in our heating and cooling company. You respond to communications promptly and professionally, answering questions from potential clients and following up with customers. Orderly and efficiently, you book appointments and assist with payroll. Your customer service skills shine through as you easily build rapport with our clients over the phone, ensuring they always have a favorable experience when working with our company.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR)
- Experience with Microsoft Office
