Responsibilities of this position involve the day-to-day support of Global Medical Affairs activities in collaboration with a dynamic cross-functional team.
Work in partnership with the Global Medical Directors to manage the Medical Matrix Team, including but not limited to agenda development, participant follow up/actioning, meeting minute distribution and material archival
• Maintain metrics and report on execution of strategic initiatives as defined in the yearly medical plan.
Develop and maintain digital repository platforms to facilitate communication, information dissemination and
• progress tracking.
• Reduce inefficient work practices by building consolidated dashboards.
Work in partnership with Global Medical Directors on activities related to prioritization, resource allocation, timeline reporting, and overall budget planning and tracking across global medical therapeutic areas.
Drive digital communication processes to effectively ensure information is flowing from global -> regional -> local. Facilitate Global Medical Planning process and ensure alignment with Global Brand Teams and regions. • Review Global Medical Plans quarterly to analyze medical activities' impact on the business and to ensure adhering • to or adjusting priorities to achieve KPI.
Work across centralized platforms to ensure study and non-study project metrics, including data, outputs, and budget impact, are correct and updated.
Coordination of Medical Affairs initiated Company Sponsored Studies review and approval process.
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific subject area required.
The candidate should ideally have 2-3+ years in Medical/Program Management with a biotech/pharmaceutical company
Experience in medical program management, cross functional reporting and analytics development, vendor management, and operational oversight, including project management, is required.
Motivated self-starter who will flourish in a fast-paced company environment.
Creative problem solver with excellent communication.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are needed, with a high degree of attention to detail. Ability to interact
well with individuals at all team levels (e.g., Clinical scientist, Project leader, Physician, etc.).
Detailed knowledge of current US regulations and knowledge of relevant global regulatory requirements, a plus.
