Job Description

The Implementation Manager will oversee 95 Percent Group’s engagements with client districts and schools, including meeting with district staff and coordinating the work of multiple consultants assigned to provide professional development in the schools. In overseeing a coordinated and appropriate delivery of services this position engages key stakeholders to ensure program success and the adoption of successful practices. In addition, this position will collaborate with other departments in client support and product development/promotion that enhance the overall success of the company.

Essential Responsibilities:

Client Relations

  1. Manage the overall relationship between 95 Percent Group and client school district and individual schools regarding school engagements.
  2. Coordinate the work of several consultants in a district by holding regular conference calls to discuss progress and challenges in each school.
  3. Gather and analyze student data from all schools involved implementation to ensure students’ reading performance improves.
  4. Ensure 95 Percent Group services are delivered according to terms of contract.
  5. Provide professional development for principals and reading coaches at client locations.
  6. Collaborate with Director of Consulting Services concerning delivery of service to client and client students’ performance.

Consulting

  1. Develop close relationships with reading coaches, teachers, and administrators at client schools.
  2. Maintain ongoing contact with all principals.
  3. Provide targeted technical assistance to coaches and teachers and content expertise in the area of early reading instruction including the five essential components of reading, use of DIBELS and other assessment instruments, distinction between core (Tier1) and small-group intervention instruction (Tier 2 and 3), and instructional intervention techniques, as well as other tenets of RTI / MTSS.

Development and Collaboration

  1. Assist in the development of new products and presentation materials, and participate in company meetings and training.
  2. Assist in the development and facilitation of online courses.
  3. Collaborate with Sales Department in developing new client opportunities, including participating in phone conferences with prospective clients.
  4. Collaborate with Marketing Department to support social media channels in use by 95 Percent Group, including researching and writing blogs and reviewing other social media posts on Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.

Other Duties

  1. Present at conferences to generate awareness and interest in 95 Percent Group’s services and products.
  2. Provide leadership with other projects and tasks as assigned.

Accountabilities:

  • Long-term relationships with clients are developed and maintained in order to meet both their objectives and the company’s obligations.
  • Consistent interaction with customers will occur that evaluate the effectiveness of implementation.
  • Clients are equipped to effectively assess and select the resources that best meet the needs of their students.
  • Ongoing support is monitored so that customers can maximize their utilization of company products.
  • Consulting team efforts are enhanced through leadership on how to effectively engage clients
  • Consistent collaboration with other departments occurs that enhances client relationships, as well as product development and implementation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in K–6 education and/or advanced degrees in education, reading, or special education.
  • 5 years of experience teaching reading at the primary level.
  • Experience working with children having difficulty learning to read and evidence of success in improving student reading achievement.
  • Extensive knowledge of scientifically based reading research and training in widely used core reading programs.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience working with DIBELS and other assessments.
  • Experience in providing workshops to teachers, as well as have experience in a reading coach’s role.
  • Knowledge about Reading First, training in LETRS, and any multisensory structured language approach, such as Orton-Gillingham.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that build relationships of trust and confidence.
  • A commitment to customer service that is responsive to both clients and team members.
  • The ability to manage conflict and build consensus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • The ability to analyze information within the context of expected outcomes.
  • A leader who can direct and inspire staff.
  • A communication and management style that exhibits the mission and values of 95 Percent Group and fosters effective remote team relationships.
  • Passion for literacy and improving reading achievement for students.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

  • The use of standard office equipment/computers and some light physical work is required.
  • The work environment will range from an office to classroom setting with a low to high noise level.
