Process Improvement Analyst

The Process Improvement Analyst will have primary responsibility to work on driving the continuous improvement activities for all of 84 Lumber's operational and functional business units. The individual in this role will work as a team member to analyze current practices and develop business process improvements as well as implement changes in workflows, structures, and processes to ensure continuous company performance.
The successful candidate must have experience in working in cross functional teams to facilitate a change in process or culture, and must be able to demonstrate the ability to facilitate groups in the application of continuous improvement tools and techniques.
The Process Improvement Analyst works closely the Process Improvement Manager to build a working relationship with functional and operational stakeholder teams to ensure effective implementation plans are prepared, cost savings are executed and tracked, and processes are continuously improved. This person is expected to draw from Lean Six Sigma/Six Sigma experience or similar expertise to define, measure, analyze, improve, and develop control processes for change management and process improvement engagements across the broader organization.
