Description/Job Summary

The coordinator is responsible for assisting store locations, builders, contractors and homeowners with service and customer service activities. This includes:

  • Sourcing product needed to fulfill job requirements
  • Inbound and Outbound phone calls to respond to needs quickly and efficiently
  • Validate material needs with store locations and order if needed
  • Schedule and communication with parties on ETA's
  • Communications with homeowners to validate information and respond to concerns
  • Continuous updating of in-house software of current standings of events
  • Vendor communications on service requests and debits
  • Complete resolution on issues and concerns and communications to all parties of such

Required Skills

  • Computer Skills: POS System, Inventory System, Word Processing Software, Spreadsheet, and Internet Software
  • Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Analyze information of critical factors that will affect the resolution
  • Evaluate options correctly and establish priorities
  • Communication skills in phone etiquette and formal one-on-one interactions

Preferred Skills

  • Blueprint reading experience
  • Interpret an extensive variety of technical instruction in mathematical or diagram for and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Construction knowledge

Required Experience

  • 6 months to 1 year experience of related experience and/or training

Preferred Experience

  • Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-yar college or technical school
