Identify, develop and apply appropriate methods to ensure an adequate donor pool to meet daily, weekly and monthly collection goals by cultivating a diverse donor pool of engaged, reliable and on-call donors
Coordinate with the marketing leadership, the donor management team and third-parties to facilitate an integrated donor recruitment strategy to meet business demands
Provide excellent customer service, while ensuring strict donor-confidentiality when corresponding with prospective donors about the donor experience, compensation benefits, and the societal impact of donating with our client
Respond quickly to donor inquiries to ensure the best possible experience and driving them quickly complete qualification forms
Partner with Marketing Manager to assist in recruitment event coordination.
Attend in person events to recruit donors
Proactively manage the yearly calendar for all donor-facing and events
Assist donors with scheduling their first screening and general donor education
Bachelor’s degree in life science related or marketing field preferred or High School Diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, recruiting, customer service, or related experience. Previous experience working with a blood bank is a plus.

Strong knowledge of Google Apps, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required; willingness to learn additional job-
relevant software, as required
