Job Description

7SIGNAL is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our Customer Support team in Independence, Ohio.

The Customer Support Representative’s tasks will include:

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via our ticketing system, email or chat.
  • Analyzing and reporting product technical issues
  • Escalate critical support issues to internal channel
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Customer deliveries coordination
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features, including product setup and deployment

Desired Skills and Experience

This is an entry-level position. Training and development opportunities will be available to the successful applicant. Any of the following attributes would be an advantage.

  • Current 3rd or 4th year student, or graduate; majoring in networks, information technology, computer science or radio networks; OR
  • Experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Basic knowledge of network protocols and elements (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great attitude, enjoys helping others
  • Self-guided and motivated team player
