Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To supervise sedated and anesthetized patients
- To provide instructions and supervise technicians, interns, and residents performing sedation/anesthesia
- To provide in-house consultation on sedation, anesthesia, and pain management plans for dogs, cats, small mammals, reptiles, and birds
- To provide consultation support to referring veterinarians
- To provide didactic lectures for interns, residents, and the referring veterinary community
- The Schedule: 4 day work week (Hours vary)
Qualifications:
- Must be board certified or board eligible in anesthesiology and be eligible for licensure in New York State.
