712 Marketing is looking to fill a Full Time Trainer position for our Customer Service and Sales area of our marketing department.
This position is FULL TIME and we are looking to hire immediately. No prior experience is necessary.

Primary Customer Service and Sales Trainer Job Duties Include:
- Educate the support, sales, and customer service teams by conducting meetings and interactive training's
- Assist with identifying individual and team skills and brainstorm with other trainers and management team about solutions.
- Lead, coach, and develop a sales and customer service team of 4-10 people
- Perform financial analysis with customers and provide solutions
- Interview and make basic hiring decision
