Jack Anthony Industries, Inc. dba 7 Flags Car Wash and Express Lube is a small but growing company needing a reliable, organized Office Assistant to help manage the day-to-day administrative aspects of our corporate office. This position requires a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible, able to establish and maintain organizational systems, operate effectively with little or no supervision, handle multiple tasks at once, and to provide excellent customer service are a a few of the desired attributes.
The Office Assistant reports directly to the Office Manager and will work closely with all office staff and location managers.
- General Clerical
- Answer Phones and direct calls as required
- Handle Customer Service Calls
- Open, process, and distribute mail
- Maintain Office Supply and Uniform Inventory
- Maintain filing and storage systems in the office
- Create, Edit, and Update spreadsheets
- Main Point of Contact for Various Administrative Tasks
- Assisting with other tasks as needed
- Handle donation and fundraising requests
- Light Accounting and Payroll Duties
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience Using Quick Books
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- At least one year experience in bookkeeping and/or data entry
- Must be highly detailed oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
