(This is a SkillBridge internship that will lead to full-time hire)
Hire Tomorrow is a boutique Recruitment Agency based in Austin, TX, and we work with clients locally and throughout the US. We are looking for someone that has business development experience that is interested in learning the recruiting industry. The BDR will help target new clients, grow existing
relationships and be responsible for filling open positions.

The compensation for this position will be salary + commission (uncapped).

What you will be doing:

Business Development:
- Implementing marketing strategies to target new customers
- Identifying, contacting and developing new client relationships
- Attending conferences, meetings and industry events, as needed, in-person and virtual
- Identify recruiting needs and job openings with new and existing clients
- Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Be the face to the client for ongoing relationship development
- Maintaining and updating CRM with client meetings, notes, etc.
- Learning the recruiting process so you better explain how we operate to current and prospective clients.

- Using tools like LinkedIn,, etc. to source, recruit candidates for open positions
- Conduct phone and video interviews with candidates to assess their experience and culture fit for open positions
- Conduct research on our client companies and their industries to better understand the type of talent that would be successful working with them
- Document notes from phone interviews with candidates
- Present candidates to hiring managers and be able to explain why we think they are a good fit for their open position

What experience will help you in this position:
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Strong Communication Skills – verbal and written
- Ability to be self-motivated while working independently and remotely
- Passionate about helping clients fill their open job positions
- Comfortable with cold calling
- Comfortable closing deals from start to finish and getting contracts signed
- Bachelors degree is preferred, not required
- Ability to use CRM and keep it updated with client and candidate interactions
