We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to play a critical role in driving 5th Axis growth. We are seeking a self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and tech-savvy professional to join our growing team. This position is focused on customer service to assist our inside sales team.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents and information from other departments and clients
  • Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing
  • Entering and updating information into relevant databases
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

  • At least 3 years customer service experience
  • Epicor experience is a plus!
  • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Data entry , electronic filing, and retrieval of documents
  • Navigate quickly between multiple databases quickly and accurately
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Electronic record keeping
  • Excellent telephonic manner
  • Ability to take direction and execute with precision
  • High energy team player with a positive, cooperative attitude
  • Excellent communicator with a knack for conversing with a variety of people

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with metrics, goals and required numbers
  • Competitive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the company

Do You Have?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years customer service experience
  • Experience with Epicor is a plus!
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers and their needs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
