Job Description

We are currently seeking an entry level Support Technician looking to gain experience! The ideal candidate will be self-starter that is willing and eager to learn and take on new challenges. We are looking to hire someone that is new to the Technology Industry but is knowledgeable to assist customers with IT software and hardware issues as well as maintenance. We prefer someone that can stay up- to-date technically so that their knowledge can be applied to the job. Recent IT college graduates are encouraged to apply!


  • Candidate should be knowledgeable in interacting with purchasing, RMA department, and service tech team for resolution of process and product problems
  • To diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and across a range of software applications.
  • To assist all our users with any logged IT related incident when called upon.
  • To take ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service to the customer as soon as possible; escalating incidents to other support teams where necessary.
  • To accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system.
  • To install and configure new IT equipment.
  • To resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware.
  • To resolve incidents with printers, copiers and scanners.
  • To maintain a first class level of customer service ensuring that all customers are treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner.
  • Maintain excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organization.


  • Basic understanding of computers and networking
  • Strong knowledge of MS Windows operating systems
  • Ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
  • Document all service requests as per company guidelines
  • Must have reliable vehicle to travel to and from
