The Sales Manager will:
- Work with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for meeting sales objectives.
- Recruit, train develop, motivate and evaluate sales associates.
- Attend field sales meetings and site visits.
- Other responsibilities as required to accomplish sales goals.
- Current Florida Real Estate or Broker's license.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy, strong leadership, and relationship skills.
- Must be well organized with strong planning abilities, good problem solving, and strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
