We are seeking a Full-Time Overnight Call Center Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information. Our client operates 24/7 including weekends and holidays. For this role, the ideal candidate will be available to work 8 hours Monday through Sunday between 12pm - 1am or 12am - 11am (Sundays are rotated off).

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- This job is an office environment and requires communicating verbally with customers on the telephone and entering data via a computer terminal.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Typing skills of 30 wpm
