We are looking for dynamic students to join our Finance Internship Program at our headquarters in Compton. This program is designed to accelerate career development for upcoming college graduates who wish to build a foundation of business knowledge and leadership skills. Our 12-week internship allows you the opportunity to gain exposure to facets of the Finance and Accounting function such as financial analysis, month-end reporting and account analysis.
This program will help you uncover your potential for leadership, develop your skills and give you the opportunity to participate in impactful capacities.


During this 12-week paid internship, you will have the support and resources you need to develop your business and finance skills while establishing relationships with Finance leadership. Upon completion of the internship program, interns who demonstrate exceptional performance and a passion to learn may be offered an additional internship or a full-time position, depending on graduation date eligibility.
You will be placed into an assignment based on interest and business need, in any of the following areas:
•Financial Planning & Analysis
•Business Unit Planning & Analysis
•Operations, Engineering, Fleet, Cost Accounting
•Corporate Accounting
•Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable


•Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related.
•Minimum 3.0 GPA
•Prior internship experience preferred
•Leadership experience to include work, classroom, club, organization
•Proven strength in the following: analysis, creative problem solving and communication
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office software tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

•Standard office environment
