This is NOT cold-calling. You will provide telephone, email, and online chat support to our customers and prospects. Answer questions about our capabilities, our process, and our pricing. We will provide complete training.
We print books for authors, small publishers, and businesses across the country. Our current customers love us. We answer their questions intelligently, and actually HELPING them get their books printed as efficiently as possible. We give them the confidence that we can do what we promise. We already have a great customer service team who will help you to get the answers you need.
- Answering customer questions via telephone, email, and online chat.
- Updating order information as needed.
- Eliminating potential problems by clarifying the customer's needs; following up to ensure resolution.
This position is full-time,11:30 am to 8:00 pm Monday thru Friday. We provide a fast-paced, yet positive work environment, health benefits, 401k and compensation commensurate with abilities. We need somebody who will consistently work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.
