Your Role:
Our Senior Sales Executive is responsible for generating new revenue and selling to current customers through a consultative sales process. You must have the ability to identify prospect pain points and articulate the value proposition and ROI of our offering. Your prospects will be Marketing Professionals, Directors, VP’s, and Owners in the Multifamily Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve thorough understanding of Respage product and service offerings, and the values for constituents of the Multifamily Industry
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations that speaks to Respage’s value proposition
  • Manages and updates pipeline activity using CRM
  • Responsible for achieving monthly forecasted sales goals
  • Build & provide realistic pipeline potential opportunities
  • Represent Respage at industry events, trade shows, and client visits
  • Grow Revenue through online demonstrations, marketing strategies, and in-person meetings by representing our products and services within your territory.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Multifamily Digital Marketing including social media, paid search, social advertising, reputation management, analytics, AI, etc.
  • Proven success in prospecting and building business from the ground up in assigned territory
  • Established skills in developing existing customer relationships in an effort to expand business
  • Successful track record with Multifamily solution-based selling
  • Driven to work in a rapidly-evolving and changing environment
  • Proven to be a self-starter, independently motivated, team player, and commission driven
  • Minimum 5 years of Multifamily Digital Marketing / SAAS sales experience
  • Solid experience and relationships in the Multifamily Industry.
