PAY, BENEFITS, AND SCHEDULE

This position earns $50,000 - $65,000/year and enjoys a host of generous benefits, such as health, vision, dental, a 401(k) plan, 11 paid holidays (including a floating holiday), paid sick time, and a generous paid time off (PTO) package.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in construction or similar professional services
• Some administrative experience
• Strong digital marketing knowledge
• Computer proficiency and ability to use Microsoft Office as well as Photoshop or other design software
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to events and shows

AVERAGE DAY AS AN ADVERTISING AND MARKETING COORDINATOR

In this role, you showcase your creative talents while striving to expand our brand's reach and generate interest in our services. Your daily responsibilities differ depending on business needs, but you can expect to regularly update our website and post interesting content on our social media. Additionally, you are responsible for designing and distributing internal and external flyers and brochures as well as maintaining an inventory of branded merchandise.

Throughout the year, you get to flex your planning skills by helping coordinate various events and arrange trade shows. You are also in charge of ordering business cards for staff as well as choosing nice gifts and fun events for clients.
