**Starting pay is $16.00

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous production or warehouse experience is preferred, but not required
• Basic computer skills and math
• Detail oriented
• Task driven
• Good with measurements
• Read tape measures and digital calipers (will train)
• Works well in a team environment
• Write, speak, and understand English

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• General Manufacturing of glass panels and aluminum frames
• Loading and unloading tabletops and carts
• Loading and unloading equipment manually and with overhead cranes
• Equipment may include saws, CNC machines, washers, printers, ovens and other glass processing equipment depending on the work center
• Machine set up and operation
• Assemble product using general hand tools
• Quality Inspections
• Data Entry
• Schedule Attainment
• Meet or exceed all production metrics
• Follow Factory safety rules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Cross training in other developing areas

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Occasional heavy lifting required. (up to 50 LBS)
• Prolonged standing.
• Repetitive bending, pushing, & pulling
• Fast-paced warehouse environment.
