Seeking a self-starting individual to fill the position of Field Service Technician. This position requires excellent communication and people skills as well as strong technical ability. The Field Service Technician is the first line of contact to the end user of our products and will interface with ATM companies, major Financial and Retailers to protect ATMs, Cash and retail Assets. The selected candidate must possess the ability to successfully interact with customers at all levels including Security Managers. The selected candidate will be based in the greater Toronto/surrounding area and will coordinate all service/installation related activity in the Province of Ontario. This position requires some overnight travel (approximately 25%).
The general duties include, but are not limited to the following:
∙ Successfully interact with Bank and Retail personnel
∙ Install all products in a safe, professional manner
∙ Provide support to Sales and Customer Service
∙ Respond promptly to service calls
∙ Manage the customer base and provide training that results in the highest levels of customer confidence and satisfaction
The ability to satisfy the customer is the prime objective of this position.
Education & Experience: The ideal candidate should possess an Associate's Degree in Electronics or two or more year's relative experience. Knowledge of financial security systems a plus. Will consider recent graduates.
