A Sales Engineer owns technical relationships with customers and prospects, which may involve evangelizing on a day-to-day basis in the integration space to a wide array of audiences, from C levels to developers. Sales Engineers also drive and own Proof of Concepts with prospects for identified sales opportunities and helps customers and prospects familiarize themselves with 3SG Plus technology from conceptual to hands-on levels.
This position will require travel based on customer needs. The individual will work closely with the sales team to support customers on a technical level, run customer presentations, customer trials, customer integration/architecture, and help develop new accounts.

- Perform client needs evaluations in pre-sales, sales, and existing customer meetings
- Collect information to develop scope and requirements around solutions to attain customer requirements and assist with translating that into projects and statements of work
- Partner with the Account Executives during business discovery calls
- Prepare/deliver presentations and product demonstrations explaining solutions and services to prospects and customers at every organization level
- Successfully manage and execute on-site or remote solution demonstrations in pre-sales and sales activities
- Representing solutions and services to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
- Participate in response to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs with the assistance of Account Executives
- Convey feature input and customer requirements to the Product Management/Development team.
- Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare, and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles, including Discovery Calls, Value Assessment calls, and more
- Support potential opportunity closures
