The modern version of "Consumer Brands" arrived in America shortly after World War II. For the next 60+ years consumer spend has been captured by a small handful of very big brands who reached consumers via mass media (Radio, TV, Billboards). The internet has changed all of this.
The future of consumer spending belongs to a large number of small and mid-sized brands that connect with consumers on a much deeper level through technology and... modern media (communities, video, voice, and more). We believe that the future landscape of consumer brands is dominated by these "Micro Brands" that grow through a combination of Direct Response advertising and operating as media companies themselves.

Operationally, we accomplish this through our vertically integrated shared services model; fundamentally, we accomplish this through a company culture that embraces our core values.About the RoleIn this role you will achieve the following results: Learn and execute multiple facets of Human Resources to understand the role of a HR Generalist Collaborate with all levels of employees and leadership to model Team and Culture First in everything you do Grow recruiting and engagement strategies by actively recruiting and hiring to reach our set goalsWhile achieving these results with a high standard of excellence you will: Perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department's daily activities with Staffing, Onboarding, Training, Development, and Engagement Actively recruit for entry level positions and support recruitment for all other positions Screen resumes and applications Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates Phone Screen with candidates Maintain Job Postings Update our internal databases with new employee information and employment forms Support with weekly payroll completion Prepare HR-related reports as needed Support the HR Director in maintaining all company communication vehicles Maintain a strong level of integrity and confidentialityAbout Our Recruiting Process Step 1 - Apply Now!
